Where do all these amazing cards come from?

We’re constantly on the hunt for fun, unique cards you definitely wouldn’t find at your corner drugstore. That’s why we curate our cards from only independent, artisan designers we love. What kind of cards should I expect?

If you’re signed up for our standard monthly subscription, you’ll get a diverse selection of cards each month, representing a variety of holidays and occasions. If you’ve opted for our custom curation, you’ll receive cards for the holidays and occasions you indicated during sign up. We want you to love each and every shipment, so make sure to let us know what you think after you get your mailing. The more we know about what you love and what you don’t, the better each shipment will be. 

When will my delivery arrive?

We send each shipment weekly via first class USPS mail. You should receive your cards within 2 weeks of signing up! Non-subscription purchases are shipped within 2 business days.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when you sign up. Subscription charges will recur monthly on the same date. 

Where is the service available?

We currently only ship to the U.S. Let us know where you think we should expand to next!

How do gift subscriptions work?

Giving one of our subscription options as a gift works almost exactly the same as if you were ordering the service yourself. But first, your recipient will get an email explaining the service with your gift message delivered to them when you order. Part & Parcel gift subscription recipients will receive an email a few days after their first collection is mailed that describes Part & Parcel, the length of their subscription and includes your gift message.

What if my cards come damaged?

Oh no! That’s our worst nightmare. We do our best to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition, but if they didn’t, please let us know ASAP by emailing hello@sendpartandparcel.com

What if I don’t like my cards?

We hand pick all of our card inventory and are confident you'll love your cards! If you don’t, email hello@sendpartandparcel.com and we’ll make it right.

How do I update my account information?

Visit the My Account section of our website.

What is the cancellation policy?

Subscriptions may be cancelled online within your Account details. For monthly subscriptions, cancellations before the 14th of the current month will not be charged for the following month.
